Welcome to MasterPlan. My name is Ben, I I’ve been managing, building and improving homes and businesses for over a decade. In almost every single case I've witnessed the challenges that homeowners face with architects' drawings. Challenges that lead to disappointment, additional cost or simply unnecessary stress during the build.

We started producing a substantial number of our own drawings, in addition to the drawings provided by architects for each build, to explain the project before we build and to explore options that had not been considered. However, we realized that traditional methods of presenting and explaining ideas were insufficient. To bridge this gap, we began experimenting with innovative ways of showcasing designs. Eventually, we discovered the incredible impact of virtual reality tours on our clients' understanding and engagement. It became evident to us that services like ours needed to be the new norm and take place long before builders begin swinging hammers!

And so, MasterPlan was born.
