At MasterPlan, we strive to break this mould by offering fixed prices and including all the extra services that you would expect and even more that you didn’t. We believe that our transparent approach will give clients peace of mind, allowing them to focus on the creative aspects of their project without worrying about hidden costs.

What’s Included

  • We survey your home for planning applications and create an accurate 3D model. We utilize advanced measurement techniques to capture precise data and translate it into detailed models that accurately represent the homes and their surroundings. We will use this opportunity to access potential for development based on available space and build layout.

  • We create construction designs by starting with a home tour and a client meeting to understand your budget and objectives. We go away and form out interpretation of your needs into a cohesive design for your feedback and approval. We may employ utilities such as Pinterest or collages to full in the minor details and assist in the accuracy of our models.

  • As part of our fixed price package, we offer two revisions of your house plan, allowing you to make any desired changes. We encourage making the first revision a more ambitious rethinking, so that the final revision is the optimal combination of both prior schemes. Our goal is to provide you with a house plan that exceeds your expectations and creates a perfect living space for you and your family.

  • Our concept art services provide captivating visuals that assist in home design projects. We specialize in creating realistic renderings that showcase various elements such as furniture, lighting, sun tracking, and even seasonal elements like snow at Christmas. These artistic representations not only build excitement but also serve as a tangible reference for clients to share and contemplate throughout the duration of the approval and construction process, allowing them to visualize their dream home and make informed decisions.

  • Our unique selling point is our immersive Virtual Reality (VR) service, which sets us apart from the competition. With this service, we bring our state-of-the-art equipment directly to our clients and guide them through a virtual tour of their planned house extension. This extraordinary experience allows our clients to truly feel the space and gain a deep understanding of its potential. By stepping into the virtual environment, they can visualize the design, assess its functionality, and make informed decisions about what elements are truly worth building.

  • We provide a comprehensive service for submitting planning applications on behalf of our clients. With our expertise in navigating the planning system and meticulous attention to detail, we ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and efficiently, maximizing the chances of successful approval.

What’s Additional

  • We offer up to two revisions as part of our service, and any additional revisions beyond that will be charged at an hourly rate of £50. However, before starting the revisions, we will provide the client with a budget estimate to ensure transparency and control over expense remains with our clients.

  • In the event of a rejected planning application or the need for amendments, we charge £50 per hour for the required revisions. However, we will provide you with a forecast of the estimated time needed to make the necessary changes, ensuring transparency and allowing you to plan accordingly.

  • While we do not provide structural calculations and building regulations services, we have established partnerships with companies specializing in these areas. We can connect our clients with reliable firms, ensuring that their project receives the necessary expertise and guarantees for structural calculations and compliance with building regulations.

  • As an additional offering to our house design service, we provide the option to 3D print a physical model of the design, allowing clients to have a tangible representation of their envisioned home in their own hands. This enables them to gain a deeper sense of spatial understanding and further engage with the design concept during the planning and decision-making process. But will be at additional cost.

  • We can offer a detailed estimation of meterages and cost for the build as an optional extra. We will provide a cost per square meter prediction and offer expert advice on the cost implications of design choices made during the design process. But our complete estimate would detail the individual requirements that we foresee with the project and our estimate of cost. This estimate can then be issued to building companies as the basis for quotation.
